Booking and payment
What we need. Date, pick-up address, start time, and roughly how long you expect to need the car. A flight number instead, if you are arriving.
How far ahead. Same-day is often possible, but a full day with a specific vehicle is worth booking a few days out — particularly during trade fairs and fashion weeks, when Paris runs short of cars.
Payment. Card on board or online in advance. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly.
Changes. Times and addresses can be changed up to 48 hours before at no cost. Itineraries move; we plan for that.

What is the difference between a chauffeur service and a taxi?
A taxi takes you from one point to another and then leaves. A chauffeur service assigns one driver to you for the length of the booking: he waits between stops, keeps your belongings in the car, and follows the schedule you gave him.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes. Booking, the driver and the invoicing are all handled in English.
How much does a private chauffeur cost in Paris?
Hourly hire is billed on the published hourly rate; point-to-point transfers are quoted on distance. Either way the amount is confirmed before departure and never changes afterwards.
Is there a minimum booking?
Hourly hire starts at a short minimum block. For a single transfer there is no minimum — it is simply quoted as a fixed fare.
Can the driver meet me inside the terminal?
Yes, on request, with a name sign at the arrivals gate. Give us your flight number and the driver tracks the actual landing time.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. Invoices are issued in your company's name, and corporate accounts can be settled monthly rather than per ride.
Do you charge more at night or at weekends?
No. There is no night surcharge, no weekend surcharge and no surge pricing at peak demand.
